Bulk Order Guidelines

Who qualifies as a bulk order customer?

A bulk order customer is a school, bookstore, or instructor who orders a minimum of 5 or more copies of either Pre & Perinatal Massage Therapy, 3rd edition or Deep Tissue Sculpting books by Carole Osborne. A bulk order purchaser receives a 40% discount applied to the retail price of either of these two books at time of shipping. No other items qualify for bulk order discounts.

How do I place a bulk order?

To place a bulk order, please call 858.633.3033 or email karen(at)bodytherapyeducation.com. Please be fully prepared with title and quantity. You may fax your order at any time to (619) 295-8339. When ordering by fax or phone you will need to provide title and price, credit card number and expiration date. If you have a purchase order number you would like included on your invoice, please provide that too.

Payment terms are prepaid with credit card, check, money order, or net 30 days by prior arrangement. Actual shipping charges plus a small handling fee will be prepaid by us and added to the invoice or credit card charge. Standard shipping is UPS Surface; however, orders can be expedited for an additional fee if requested.

Returns

All sales are final. No returns are accepted unless damaged in shipment & returned within 30 days with a return authorization approval.  A replacement book will be shipped at our cost.

Backorders

Body Therapy Education strives to maintain a complete inventory at all times and avoid backorders, but they do occur. In the event of a backorder, several options are available to you. The first option is to delay the order until the backorders arrive. Second, we can ship the available books immediately and send the backorders as soon as they arrive. Lastly, we can ship the available books immediately and hold backorders until your next order.

Claims

Claims for short-ships, miss-ships, and books received damaged must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

Defective books may be returned with prior authorization, but only within 30 days of invoice date.

A packing slip must accompany all claims and include title, quantity, and invoice number.

Claims will receive full credit on future orders.
